Description:

The Hospital Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the team focused on the healthcare product suite successfully and effectively coordinates and delivers on client implementation projects and services. This position directs their team of Implementation Specialists to improve and maintain the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization’s project delivery so that our customers are set up for success with their solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides leadership and day-to-day direction for assigned implementation team members, including monitoring and reviewing individual contributions to ensure customer satisfaction, project delivery and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular team and 1:1 meetings to communicate department or company updates and develop your team’s skillsets, including providing assistance with goal planning, sharing feedback and managing performance, coaching for skill improvement, performing annual evaluations and providing additional guidance as needed to help each team member succeed and grow
  • Help team members resolve issues or step in to handle client escalations relating to implementation delivery or services
  • Deliver high quality projects for implementation services with unique or high priority clients as assigned
  • Collaborate with leadership, peer Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to create, refine and maintain workflows, policies, procedures & quality support standards for the customer implementation lifecycle and employee onboarding and training processes
  • Review and advise on updates to instructional and technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, accessibility and ease of use to improve and maintain internal and external documentation, product requirements, release notes, screenshots, diagrams and screencast videos
  • Communicate cross-functionally with the account team (Sales, Support, and Education & Account Advisors) to create alignment and ensure a positive client experience
  • Assist with pre-sales product demonstrations and scoping projects to aid in developing proposals and contracts as required
  • Assists in implementing, configuring and maintaining all project software, including the creation and maintenance of employee user accounts and access to team tools or other company applications as appropriate
  • Work with internal teams and employees in conference planning and execution as required
  • Keep informed of client requests, industry trends, or general market needs and provide insights or ideas to help us continue improving products and departmental processes
  • Travel to orientation, client site meetings, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required, up to 10%
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation, project delivery and/or client training and education services, preferably within a SaaS organization focused on the Healthcare or Hospital sectors, PMP certification also considered a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop others to improve results, with some experience in management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present in a group setting and simplify complex concepts for all audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and effective analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven to be a proactive self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong appreciation of critical deadlines and the ability to translate plans into phased actions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong understanding of standardized data collection and the ability to understand and execute on departmental processes
  • Proven ability to identify areas for improvement to help elevate and accelerate organizational results
  • Strong knowledge of ImageTrend Hospital and Healthcare solutions, or extensive direct industry experience with healthcare or hospital systems administration
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience using MS Office Suite and other technologies, such as web-conferencing (MS Teams), CRM (Dynamics, SFDC), and ticketing platforms (Zendesk)
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and scrum/agile preferred
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel based on customer and business needs and the location of customers, up to 10%
