Job Description

This B2B SaaS company has been in business for 20+ years and is working with Fortune 1000 client companies. They are looking for a seasoned Implementation Program Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations for mid-market and enterprise-level clients. In this role, you will take full ownership of multiple concurrent projects, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful deployment. You’ll be responsible for driving each project from initiation to completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful product adoption. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in program management, with the ability to solve problems creatively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Position is full-time, direct hire, and fully remote in the following states: Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, and Oregon.

Required Skills

​

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS or technology consulting
• Proven track record with at least two full lifecycle implementations
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills

​

• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience with workforce management or human capital management systems (Workday, UKG, SAP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions
• Experience working with large, multi-site enterprise clients
