Koho Consulting is looking for our next impact player! We are a fast-growing implementation partner for a range of CLM tools. Recently receiving The Agiloft Partner of The Year Award in back-to-back years, we are looking for our next Jr. Implementer!

As a Jr. Implementer, you will ideally come from a Computer Science/Software Engineering background as you support our Lead technical resource.

​

You will assist the lead in the design, implementation, and testing of complex CLM projects for customers ranging in size from SMBs to Enterprise!

The Day to Day:

• Work as part of our services team to assist in designing and configuring CLM systems.
• Suggest improvements to customer business processes to make them more effective and easier to automate.
• Use judgment in analyzing the cost-benefits of various alternatives and selecting of best combinations
• Support the implementation efforts for customer projects and tasks, from analysis through design, configuration, testing, training and documentation to roll-out.
• Handle customer interactions with a solutions-focused approach.
• Produce clear documentation and deliver effective user and admin training.
• Adhere to standards defined by project management and effectively utilize methodology and tools.
• Patriciate in developing solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating various precedents and data; develop alternative solutions while identifying risks and benefits.
• Present and explain software requirements to different groups of users including engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your background:

• Technical background preferably with a 4-year college degree.
• Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills
• Strong analytical and logic skills, independent critical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, familiarity with web-based SaaS technologies and database concepts.
• Ability to manage schedules, competing priorities, and customer expectations while effectively communicating achievable milestones and deadlines.
• Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is preferred.
