RiseNow is seeking an inventory management POU Implementation Consultant/Sr. Consultant to play a vital role within RiseNow’s rapidly growing Healthcare Supply Chain practice.

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end implementation, configuration and deployment of the Tecsys point of use solution. You will work in close collaboration with both the customer and the project team to identify customer needs, define business processes, recommend best-practices, establish performance metrics and drive configuration of the Tecsys solution.

The RiseNow team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

– Support execution of the end-to-end implementation, configuration and deployment of the Tecsys POU solution.

​

​

– Support client engagements and work streams related to strategy improvement, inventory management best practices, use case development and system configuration.

​

​

– Work with project architects to produce technical specifications and systems integration requirements.

​

​

– Provide input into engagement decisions, including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and career development of staff members.

​

​

– Help support sales by participating in pre-sales activities including presentations after analyzing user requirements, business procedures, and problems in order to improve existing systems, and successfully present the software solution to clients.

​

​

– Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance and organizational restructuring.

​

​

– Software solution testing, including unit, integration, and regression test plans.

​

​

– Some travel, estimated at 20-30%.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of three years of management consulting experience working with inventory management processes within healthcare preferred
• Previous experience with Tecsys POU solution implementations and/or expereince with EHR/EMR systems (e.g. EPIC, Cerner) preferred
• Experience in project management or lead role in technical implementations preferred
• Supply Chain experience with inventory management practices, preferrable within the healthcare setting
• Clinical or supply chain experience within the procedural or Peri-op areas preferred

Demonstrated experience in:

• Business operations working within a hospital supply chain setting or direct ERP implementation and process experience in the healthcare industry
• Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing and training
• Excellent understanding of hospital supply and inventory management
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare industry terminology
• Strong foundational consulting skills including strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills
• Business systems analysis and requirements collection.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or EHR/EMR applications.
