The Consultant MUST be SME in managing the Cut Over experience for a large INFOR CloudSuite and M3 migration.

​

Responsibilities

​

•  Managing the Cut Over experience for a large INFOR CloudSuite and M3 migration) ERP Practice projects,
•  Defining with key stakeholders the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
•  Organizing, monitoring and controlling activities to safeguard achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources.

Cut Over, Training and Testing

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with minimum
• 5+ years of IT experience with PMP (Project Management Professional) certification desirable.
• Must have extensive experience in Cut Overs, Training and Testing
• General Project Management knowledge in area of IT/IS required. 
• Mandatory requirement to have completed 3 plus Infor M3 Implementations from start to finish 
• Must have a thorough knowledge of Project Management disciplines and process.
• Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ability to operate within a pressurized environment, high visibility programs, consistently delivering results and achieving objectives on time and within the agreed parameters. 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate to steering committee, reference teams and stakeholders (including project plans, announcements, metrics/KPIs, etc.) and with local, global and cross-divisional virtual teams.
•  Demonstrate negotiation skills in interaction with internal and external customers.
• Ability to assess, propose and implement solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged workstreams.
