About the Position

This role is responsible for supporting the creation of marketing generated leads with a focus on digital strategy for our website and user experience.

Responsibilities  

•  Keeps up to date on relevant marketing trends and continuously identifies and develops new avenues for business growth.  
•  Works cross functionally with leadership, product, and sales to successfully implement new ideas and campaigns.  
•  Develops strategies to increase clickthrough and signup rates.

Who We’re Looking For  

•  Bachelor's degree  
•  2+ years of related experience, required. Experience with Keap Software required.  
•  5+ years of related experience, preferred.  
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively build rapport and create and nurture relationships across multiple teams.  
•  Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented with the ability to navigate large data-sets.  
•  Strong technical skills with the ability to stay up to day on industry standards and trends.  
•  Industry knowledge and an understanding of SEO, digital planning, and strategy with the ability to increase site traffic, engagement, and lead conversions  
•  Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.  
•  Must be 18 years of age or older.  
•  Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.  
•  Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
