Logistics Transformation Implementation Manager

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $130,400 - $165,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Logistics Engineering team
- Implements large-scale of flows from Logistics and Industrial footprint transformations in Europe
- Monitors the European logistics flow compliancy and deploys new regional and import/export flows to shorten and simplify the supply chain or support LOB
- Leads the deployment and secures the readiness of the European logistics network Business Continuity Plan (BCP) with significant positive improvement on customer satisfaction, business opportunities, logistics cost, resiliency, and sustainability.

Logistics Engineering Project Manager:
- Initiates and builds project plan with our Schneider Digital and Master Data partners
- Ensures customer satisfaction, business, logistics cost, resiliency, and sustainability impacts
- Prepares project organization, leads the anticipation stage, validates project animation and communication plan for the Open Gate
- Leads the deployment and secures its execution in the committed planning and budget
- Leads project/program execution from OPEN till CLOSE and guarantees project deliverables
- Drives the business transformation and change management
- Manages project budget, schedule, and resources
- Identifies project risks, and mitigates them with the right actions and business continuity plan
- Leads the project governance with the support from the sponsor and senior management
- Closes the project and provides lessons learned to capitalize knowledge inside Engineering and Transformation team

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Education:
BA or BSc degree in engineer or business
β
The Logistics Engineering Project Manager must have several years of experience in:
- Upstream and downstream supply chain flows
- Customer capabilities development and quality
- Projects management

The ideal Logistics Engineering Project Manager also has several years of experience in:
- Site and logistics network business continuity plan
- Supply chain planning or Sales Inventory Operation Planning
