Position Summary

In the Manager, Implementation & Integrations – DSSI position, you’ll lead the successful onboarding and project experience of new customers, suppliers, and industry partners onto Direct Supply and DSSI systems. Your focus will be on achieving strategic integration goals, overseeing onboarding processes, and enhancing implementation procedures. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal customer experiences, while leading expert teams to drive organizational growth.

What You’ll Do And Impact

  • Lead and enhance DSSI implementations and project management for all new integrations and strategic initiatives. 
  • Develop and implement innovative, tech-enabled best practices, guidelines, and processes for integration and implementation. 
  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet strategic goals and customer expectations. 
  • Drive accountability and focus on developing talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. 
  • Create and manage standards for detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management. 
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and efficiency. 
  • Define, develop, and implement project management practices, structures, standards, processes, tools, success protocols, and performance metrics. 
  • Perform periodic progress reviews and reports for members of senior leadership. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of integration projects, focusing on continuous improvement in SLAs and customer satisfaction. 
  • Establish strong relationships and work collaboratively with multiple departments to help construct macro-level program plans, define dependencies, and drive critical program deliverables. 
  • Coordinate interdependencies and impact assessments with Supply Chain, Sales/Go-to-Market, Operations, Customer Success, Technology, and more. 

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field 
  • 7+ years’ professional experience in project management in Business, IT, or related field 
  • 3+ years' experience leading teams directly with a proven track record of developing experienced and entry-level talent 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools 
  • Experience in EDI, SQL and process automation 
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%) 

Additional Items Of Interest

  • PMI certification or equivalent project management certification preferred 
  • Experience in healthcare technology and supply chain management a plus
