What you will be doing:

The purpose of this role is to manage INsights implementations and enablement for contracted members as well as provide support more broadly for INsights. This position works in collaboration with the Product Management team; the BI Data Architect team, project sponsors; member stakeholders; Premier Account Executives and with other various stakeholders to ensure that the implementation and enablement scope entails the required details and deliverables, etc. This job is also responsible for the planning and tracking of a project portfolio; problem identification and resolution; and change management issues throughout the implementations. The scope of this position covers developing schedules, tracking impediments, removing barriers, facilitating close cooperation across all roles, and most importantly keeping member implementations on task/on track. Depending on nature and span of area, oversee INsights product support and work with member assigned Premier Account Executives to drive the INsights ROI to success. Work closely across other teams such as Customer Care as it relates to INsights and member end users. This position will typically oversee multiple member implementations at once and provide resolution to risks and issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Client Projects – 60%

  • Main responsibility of role is to manage member INsights projects throughout entirety of workplan lifecycle.  
  • Kickoff, implement and enable members on INsights. This includes scheduling/conducting kickoff sessions, training sessions and working sessions with contracted members.  
  • Manage and upkeep INsights members statistics, workplan status and various call notes.  
  • At end of working sessions period, work with Premier Account Executive(s) to transition member into a run-and-maintain status.

Product Support – 20%

  • Internally represent interests of members at Premier related to INsights.  
  • Regularly interact and provide input for Product Management, BI Data Architects and Customer Care.  
  • Routinely take lead on solving member user support cases.  
  • Take part in and represent INsights during system upgrade testing as needed.

Dashboard Validation – 5%

  • Support Product Content team by assisting with QA of standard Premier dashboards as needed.

Sales Support – 5%

  • Contribute to supporting sales cycles for both new sales and renewals of INsights.

Training and Documentation – 5%

  • Contribute to maintaining training programs and documentation, involving both internal and external training.

General Administration – 5%

  • Administration tasks as needed, on-time updates in Workday (weekly time, regular performance reviews, expense reports, etc.).

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Required Certifications/Licensing

PMP, Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  • Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Understanding of software and IT technology terminology/issues
  • Communicate and lead a team toward resolution of technical issues

Experience:

  • Industry experience to include complex, multi-faceted project management experience.
  • Large program management experience
  • Information Technology Experience

Education:

  • Bachelors

Working Conditions: Remote

Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
