The Opportunity
As a Membership Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the strategic and technical advisor for our members—helping them unlock the full power of 5x5’s data solutions. You’ll own key accounts, drive growth, and collaborate with sales to develop tailored technical solutions.
This is a high-impact role where technical expertise meets strategic relationship management. You’ll be solving complex challenges, optimizing integrations, and ensuring our members stay, grow, and thrive with 5x5.
What You’ll Do
- Manage & nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term success.
- Identify & execute growth opportunities, driving revenue via upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the technical expert during sales cycles, guiding members through integration & optimization.
- Develop tailored solutions, leveraging deep product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales & product teams to craft strategic solutions.
- Streamline & enhance processes, improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Translate technical complexity into clarity, ensuring seamless adoption of 5x5 solutions.

- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships with a focus on retention & expansion.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to develop and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong technical acumen—you understand data solutions and can make them actionable.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build trusted client partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales engineering, or technical solutions.
- Experience in data solutions, SaaS, or similar industries (HRtech, Fintech, Fraudtech, Martech, or Adtech is a plus).
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, or analytics is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to client challenges.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
