Microsoft Implementation Program Manager
Job Description
iMethods is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide implementations of Microsoft 365 (M365) or Office 365 (O365). This role will be responsible for managing large-scale deployment projects, ensuring seamless integration, and aligning Microsoft technologies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and a proven track record in program management, governance, and change management within Microsoft ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the enterprise-wide implementation of M365/O365, ensuring successful migration and adoption.
- Define and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and milestones for Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance adherence across all M365/O365 implementations.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft cloud services.
- Work closely with Microsoft partners, vendors, and consultants to optimize solution design and execution.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and continuous improvement.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on program status, challenges, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, IT strategy, or enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide M365 or O365 implementations.
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and IT project management best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
