JOB PURPOSE

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and organizing our teams around the integration of new site acquisitions, acquisitions and mergers to include new service line go-live projects leveraging our various processes, systems, technologies, and parameters with new practices we build or practices joining our company. Expertise in project management, product management, and relationship management will be essential in ensuring efficient operational hand-off to implementation and operations. With a focus on optimizing workflows, this role is critical to the growth and success of our healthcare practice development.
