Wripple Partner Implementation Manager

Wripple's air line client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Implementation Manager for a 12-month, 40-hour/week hybrid contract in Atlanta, Georgia. Please only apply if you're able to go onsite to the client's office 2-3 days/week in south Atlanta.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the successful onboarding and launch of our program's most strategic commercial entertainment and brand partners, ensuring an exceptional partner experience from day one.  As the operational quarterback for new partnerships, you’ll collaborate across product, engineering, content, marketing, CX, and other key teams to coordinate deliverables, align on timelines, and guarantee a smooth and successful go-live. Beyond logistics, you will act as the internal ambassador for your partners, ensuring their needs, goals, and expectations are met with care, clarity, and excellence.

The success of this role will be measured by the effectiveness and timeliness of implementations, as well as by the value realized by partners post-launch.

  • Quantitatively, success includes launching on time and enabling high-quality partner engagement opportunities that drive measurable outcomes such as take rates, trial activations, dwell time, and conversion.
  • Qualitatively, you are responsible for delivering a Welcoming, Caring, and Elevated experience that reflects the brand and sets the foundation for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new program partners—from contract signature through successful launch.
  • Own and manage implementation timelines, project plans, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary partner contact during onboarding, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive communication.
  • Translate partner objectives and scope into actionable technical and operational plans.
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, Content, and Marketing to deliver all components of the partnership with excellence.
  • Ensure a high-quality transition from implementation to the Partnership Manager or Account Owner post-launch.
  • Advocate for the partner’s experience and satisfaction throughout onboarding, ensuring every touchpoint reflects brand values.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years experience in implementation/project management, partnerships, or client delivery roles—preferably in entertainment, media, tech, or brand environments.
  • Proven ability to manage external partner relationships and cross-functional internal projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Workfront, Figma, Mural, Monday.com, Airtable, or Jira. Also, familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS, Google Suite, PowerBI or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating partner needs into implementation requirements.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling decks tailored for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the in-flight entertainment, media, or consumer technology industries.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding flows, content integrations, or media/content delivery pipelines.
  • A relationship-first mindset and a genuine commitment to elevating the partner experience.
