Partnerships and Implementation Manager
Job Description

Across the United States, 6 in 10 adults – or 133 million Americans, live with one or more chronic conditions. Chronic disease is today’s leading cause of death and disability in the US and the leading driver of the nation’s $4.1 trillion in annual healthcare costs. Patients who live with chronic conditions require far more touch points than our primary care physicians have time to deliver and the result is countless health emergencies and costly ER visits that could be prevented. Workforce shortages and lack of technologies make it difficult to give patients the attention they need.

At Cadence, our mission is to deliver life-changing care to over one million patients living with chronic disease by the end of the decade. We mitigate the impact of chronic disease by using technology and a world-class clinical team to remotely monitor, manage, and support patients at home. Together with our growing network of health system partners, we deliver guideline-directed care to tens of thousands of patients today while producing best-in-class clinical outcomes.

The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Partnerships and Implementation Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for organizing and executing on all aspects of implementations with our newly-signed partners to launch a world-class remote intervention platform. You'll collaborate closely with nearly every team at Cadence and cross-functional teams at our partner organizations to instill confidence, build relationships and ensure a smooth and successful deployment of our product and services.

Please note that this role does not include managing the day-to-day of the EHR integration. While this role must understand the status of the EHR integration, attend and support most of those status calls and help manage through any roadblocks, you will be partnered with solutions and integration support who will be responsible for the technical integration. However, the implementation manager is accountable for the success of the overall implementation, so will need to be close to the EHR integration and raise any risks as appropriate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Beginning after a “verbal yes” and launching in earnest after a contract signature, organize and execute the implementation plan to successfully launch Cadence and grow our patient volume.
- Identify and engage key external stakeholders necessary for the implementation.
- Conduct education as necessary for new stakeholders not engaged during sales.
- Develop and deliver content during routine and ad-hoc operational meetings in order to positively influence decisions favorable to successful implementation.
- Control scope, schedule and cost of the implementation.
- Kickoff and manage project plans.
- Maintain an accurate risk/issue log and ensure c-team and partner leaders are informed and make timely decisions.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement matrix to ensure the partnership is well socialized and key operational and clinical stakeholders down to the “pilot” market level are engaged and excited.
- Collaborate closely with other key Cadence teams, including solutions and integrations, provider relations, partnerships, sales, executives, product, engineering, clinical operations and marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3-5 years of implementation, account management or program management experience with, or within large healthcare organizations.
- Strong client management and relationship skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
