Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support a QSR client in integrating Oracle Simphony at 2 international locations. Our global client is currently in a homegrown system but recently added two Franchises in Southeast Asia where the homegrown application does not apply. With this, our client is needing to integrate Simphony in support of the two new Franchises. In this role, we are needing an individual who has previously supported a Quick Service Restaurant from beginning to end in the implementation of Simphony POS. This will include the discovery, prerequisites, installations, configurations, deployment, and post activities of Oracle Simphony. We are in need of an individual who has supported clients in the restaurant industry, can take direction from corporate teams, work with Oracle on discovery and communicate with international locations. We are seeking a hands-on individual who can configure and deploy then work with 3rd parties on installations. This is a 12 month contract, and plans to convert. The client is looking into implementing Simphony within other locations throughout the growth of this specific QSR.
Must haves:
- 5+ years’ experience implementing Oracle Simphony (or 5 years with independently leading implementation of POS and 1 or more of Simphony)
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
- Experience independently integrating Simphony from discovery to post activities
- Ability to educate, strategize, and manage POS implementations
- Experience gathering requirements from Oracle, Franchises and Corporate
- Ability to track key metric of implementation
- Experience deploying Oracle Simphony
- Experience Configuring menus, software, other components within Simphony and setting with POS and more
- Experience working with installers or installments of Simphony
