Position Overview

As a Post-Sale Solutions Engineer at Foxit PDF, you will be a key player in bridging technical implementation and customer success for our enterprise clients and channel partners. You will work closely with customer-facing and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and ongoing success of Foxit PDF solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Guidance

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide technical support, feature implementation, integration assistance, and troubleshooting for enterprise customers.

Customer Training

Deliver customized training sessions to enterprise clients' end users, helping them maximize Foxit PDF Editor functionality and best practices.

Pre-Sales Support for MSP/Channel Partners

Assist with technical demonstrations of Foxit solutions to support sales activities for Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Channel Partners.

Admin Console & SSO Configuration

Guide partners through the setup of the Foxit Admin Console and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration to ensure a seamless experience.

Product Collaboration

Document technical requirements and feature requests from enterprise customers and collaborate with the product teams to drive solution development.

Technical Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation for common implementation scenarios, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both internal and external users.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a technical solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation role
  • Strong understanding of PDF solutions, document management, or enterprise software deployment
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and channel partners in a post-sale capacity
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, enterprise software deployment, and admin console setup
  • Ability to conduct effective technical training sessions and demos
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
