UC Pre-Sales Engineer

Role:

As a UC Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing unified communication solutions and engaging with customers to ensure their communication needs are met. With a strong focus on Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex, you will help guide clients through the solution design process and provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements. This role balances solution design and customer interaction, offering an opportunity to shape the future of collaboration tools for various organizations. Experience with Mitel and Nokia is a valuable asset, further enhancing your ability to support diverse client needs.

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their communication requirements and design tailored solutions. Leveraging your knowledge of Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex, you will develop and present solutions that meet both technical and business objectives. In addition, you will draft proposals, create solution architecture documents, and provide demonstrations to potential customers. Throughout the sales process, you will engage directly with clients, addressing their concerns and providing expert guidance on UC technologies, ensuring that the proposed solutions are robust, scalable, and future-proof.

Skills/Must Have:

A strong background in unified communication technologies, particularly Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex, is essential. You should be comfortable with both solution design and customer-facing roles, with excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Experience with Mitel and Nokia is a plus. Additionally, a deep understanding of UC architecture, implementation strategies, and troubleshooting is necessary. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is highly valued. 

English and French speaking is required.
