Job Description

We are partnered with a leading blockchain regulatory firm that is looking for a Presales Engineer to join their team REMOTE from anywhere in the US. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Account Managers to help deliver a great experience for their Enterprise customers. Your role is to reduce customer churn, meet revenue goals, and help upsell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create tailored presentations, demos, and trials for customers.
  • Lead onboarding and explain how our product provides value.
  • Identify customer needs and show how our solutions can solve their problems better than competitors.
  • Act as a technical expert, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in multi-stakeholder deals and work with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve our solutions based on customer insights.
  • Help with integration challenges and create effective implementation plans for customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our API and technical capabilities.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or a technical industry in a technical account management or presales role.
  • Comfortable demoing complex products.
  • Bonus if you have experience in compliance, crypto/blockchain, or knowledge of APIs and backend systems.
