Are you passionate about financial technology and solving complex challenges for clients? Linedata is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Boston. This is your opportunity to be a key player in our sales process, delivering impactful demos and tailored solutions that help financial institutions optimize their workflows.
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll collaborate with prospects, clients, and internal teams to showcase our innovative solutions—including order management, compliance, NAV oversight, and seamless integrations—while building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Clients – Understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives to craft tailored solutions.
- Deliver Impactful Product Demos – Showcase Linedata’s solutions in a compelling way, highlighting key features and integrations.
- Support the Sales Process – Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to answer client questions and drive conversions.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert – Develop a deep understanding of Linedata’s Asset Management platform to provide strategic recommendations.
- Present to Senior Stakeholders – Communicate value propositions to everyone from end-users to C-level executives.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to continuously improve our offerings.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership – Lead webinars, create content, and share insights to educate industry partners.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, or SaaS – Experience in sales engineering, product demonstrations, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong industry knowledge – Familiarity with asset management, trading, or portfolio management solutions.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to explain complex solutions in a clear, compelling way.
- Tech-Savvy & Solution-Oriented – Comfortable working with financial software, integrations, and data workflows.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) – Occasional client visits and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
