As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking our first Presales Engineer in the region to drive technical engagement and support our growing sales efforts.
Role Overview: As the first Presales Engineer in the region, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing our technical presence. You’ll work closely with the sales team, prospects, and customers to showcase how our advanced anti-fraud solutions can protect their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide technical expertise in RFP/RFI responses and customer proposals.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or fintech.
- Skilled in delivering impactful demos and simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Comfortable working independently as the first technical hire in a region.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel within the region as needed.
