About the position:
We are seeking an experienced Pre - Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical readiness and customer engagement at Bang & Olufsen Flagship Store. Job Purpose:
Providing technical solutions and pre-sale services to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Key functions:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Bang & Olufsen products
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales process
- Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Local testing coordination: organize local testing activities to validate the performance and effectiveness of B&O solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to help shape B&O solutions and services
- Participate in customer meeting and site visits to assess technical needs and provide solutions
- Provide excellent support to client facing technical issues and coordinate product repair if needed

Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Service Specialist or in a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of audio-video technology and home automation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and coherently
- Analytical mindset: proficiency in analyzing complex data, making informed decisions, and implementing process improvements
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Language Proficiency: English and Italian, enabling effective communication with our global team and customers
