As Presales Engineer, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendor's products.

You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. You will be also participating in technology fairs and events.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise,
  • Supporting the business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM),
  • Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy,
  • Delivering training and workshops for our customers,
  • Continuously learning on the latest technologies (you will obtain vendor's certifications!).

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge of Fortinet solutions,
  • Experience with Fortinet products: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, etc, would also be an asset,
  • Certifications in Fortinet solutions, like NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, NSE 7 SD-WAN and so on would be appreciated,
  • Experience dealing with partners and customers in network and security project development,
  • Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills,
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology,
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload,
  • Willingness to occasional travel nationally,
  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn!
