Responsibilities

​

You will{{:}}  

• Know every detail of Wallbox solutions (including our third-party integration), and understand how technical solutions are run and installed  
• You will support our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required  
• You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success  
• Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service  
• Address, review and solve any issues with Wallbox Products  
• Identify faults in Wallbox Partner Network and rectify them in a timely manner to avoid any major problems in the future  
• Have direct on-site contact with key accounts if needed to address issues  
• Support and consolidate Wallbox Partners Network  
• Be responsible for the delivery of every installation within the QA standards

Requirements

​

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or equivalent experience  
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.  
• Interested in electric vehicles and renewable energies  
• Excellent interpersonal skills proactive and self learning  
• Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities  
• A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment  
• Ability to work closely with end-users in a consulting, services or support capability  
• Travel as required  
• Native in French and high level of English. Other languages is a plus
