About the Role:  

As a Presales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client’s growth, working closely with the sales team to deliver technical expertise and solutions that meet the complex needs of capital markets professionals. You will be responsible for showcasing the value of our client’s platform, engaging with both buy-side and sell-side participants, and playing a critical role in driving the adoption of this groundbreaking technology.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Solution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the platform’s capabilities to prospective clients.  
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise during the sales process, addressing client queries and offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.  
• Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand client requirements and translate them into customized solutions that drive business value.  
• Proposal Development: Assist in creating proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.  
• Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between clients and the product team, providing valuable feedback to help refine and enhance the platform’s features and functionality.

Key Requirements:  

• Capital Markets Experience: Strong understanding of equity capital markets, transaction management, and the needs of buy-side and sell-side clients.  
• Technical Acumen: Experience with financial technology platforms, data analytics, or workflow optimization tools within capital markets.  
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Sales Savvy: Proven track record of supporting sales teams in closing deals through technical expertise and client-focused solutions.
