Your primary responsibility is to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to drive customer success and contribute to product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Technical consultation & solution design:

  • Driving pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with an understanding of document management or secure email.
  • Assessing customer needs and designing tailored solutions.
  • Delivering product demos and proof-of-concepts.

Sales & Customer support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategies and proposals.
  • Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.
  • Proposal writing and conducting customer engagement.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Gathering client feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Training & Industry knowledge:

  • Conducting technical training for customers and internal teams.
  • Keep awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contributing to thought leadership (blogs, case studies, conferences).
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Custom developments:

  • Assessing and managing custom development needs.
  • Collaborating with Product Management and third-party integrators.
  • Project management responsibilities from planning to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of document management solutions, secure email technologies, enterprise IT architectures, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Fluency in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling technical narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Experience responding to RFx processes and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, security frameworks, and enterprise software deployment models.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving customer success and continuous learning.
