Product Solution Engineer
Main responsibilities:
1.1. Responsible for product training/client technical discussion in the region; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of answers to pre-sales questions; Record and feedback new product requirements to HQ technical support engineers and assist in communication;
1.2. Responsible for training and technical support related responsibilities in overseas regions; including training on newly released products on the market, product promotion and introduction; Help in providing solutions to product related technical problems for the overseas after-sales issues; Review and help update product manuals; Track latest local policies and regulations, judge and interpret new standards and put forward requirements to HQ technical support engineers, help adjust product parameters and related functions to adapt to local policies.
Description of main responsibilities:
2.1. Product training and technical discussion
Confirm the training content and time according to the topics proposed by sales/marketing; Check and modify/prepare the PPT according to the topic; Confirm the validity and correctness of the PPT content with the HQ technical support engineers; Complete the training or communication and ensure answering questions correctly
2.2. Answers to pre-sales questions from clients/sellers
Respond to customer product consultation questions in a timely, effective and accurate manner; Respond to sales-side product consultation questions in a timely, effective and accurate manner; Summarize common/repetitive pre-sales questions and answers and feedback to HQ technical support engineers
2.3. Organize solutions to difficult after-sales problems
Understand the difficult after-sales problems reported by overseas after-sales colleagues to the R&D/Quality Center; Sort out the solutions given by the R&D/Quality Center; Feed back the solutions to overseas after-sales colleagues
2.4. Confirmation, follow-up and feedback of new requirements
Record and summarize new local requirements/product requirements in each region; Provide timely feedback to the corresponding HQ technical support engineers, and follow up to understand the completion status and schedule; Coordinate communication between the HQ and overseas clients
