Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Product Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to understand customer needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration of TeamBuilder’s offerings. You will serve as a technical expert, helping clients maximize the value of our platform.
- This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and have valid work authorization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and align them with our capabilities. Participate as required in customer training sessions, webinars, or technical workshops.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions for SaaS deployments and integrations.
- Implement some Chat bot / AI functions into the platform to enable customers to easily get responses to standard, day-to-day questions.
- Serve as a product and technical advisor, assisting customers with best practices, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the product.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, delivery, sales) to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
- Consult on technical issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and playbooks for both customers and internal teams; encourage client knowledge development (LMS).
- Stay up to date with emerging SaaS trends, security best practices, and industry advancements to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions with both clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency configuring software for different customer needs, including technical settings
- Actively seek to learn TeamBuilder’s product and refine technical skills to support product delivery and client success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Display a strong commitment to our mission, customer success, and delivering outstanding results.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and automation in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
- Hands-on experience writing SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex SaaS implementations.
- Knowledge of identity management (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and security best practices.
- Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.
