Program Manager, Implementations
QCash is hiring an Implementation Manager
QCash is hiring an Implementation Manager to oversee and manage effective client implementation of QCash's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The Implementation Manager handles requirements gathering, platform and product set-up, client user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordination with third-party vendors to implement QCash in a timely, accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, project management skills and client relationship skills.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience implementing a Software as a Service (SaaS) technology platform
- 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing position
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications or another related field
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) systems such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira
