Job Overview

Few&Far is working with a leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology company based in the UK. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the United States to lead and define the key account strategies and sales activities within a defined geographical area. This includes the design and implementation of short-term and long-term business plans intended to increase revenue from targeted customers and accounts. You will be focusing on this position of the hiring, training and development of the Oncology Account Managers.

Responsibilities;

  • Direct the development and execution of individual and regional business plans and manage departmental budget activities
  • Hire, direct, develop and manage Oncology Account Managers to meet the needs of customers and drive business
  • Engage proactively with key customers and account groups to ensure the promotion of both company products and company image
  • Work cross-functionally to maximize brand availability and exposure within key accounts
  • Engage with leadership in the development of programs and activities

What you need;

  • Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of oncology and/or haematology-oncology experience
  • Bachelor level degree
  • Product marketing, speciality pharmacy, payer and state society experience is a plus
