My client is a cutting-edge AI cybersecurity company focused on protecting enterprises against Account Takeover (ATO), phishing, and digital impersonation attacks. With $10M in seed funding, they are rapidly expanding and seeking dynamic sales individuals to drive our growth in key regions across the United States.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead net new enterprise sales in one of the following regions: South East US, Midwest US, or New England. This is an individual contributor role focused on opening and managing a region, not a team management position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise cybersecurity sales, a hunter mindset, and the ability to develop and close high-value deals with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure net new enterprise customers within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with CISOs, security teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing and sales engineering, to support deal execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close net new business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, particularly ATO, phishing, and digital impersonation.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
