Regional Sales Director
About this Role:
- Hunt and execute by prospecting into large enterprise accounts (AE Prospecting, SDR, Channel, Customer References, Marketing).
- Own and lead the full sales cycle.
- Execute pipeline creation and conversion.
- Present a business case to customers with ROI and value.
- Qualify opportunities and guide internal stakeholders through a strong purchasing process.
- Deepen relations to nourish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and success across the customer base.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas.
- At least 3 years of cybersecurity in the Cloud/SaaS-related domain.
- At least 2 years of start-up experience.
- Strong hunter mentality.
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- A proven track record of landing 5+ net new logos each year and the ability to run a complex sales motion.
- Ability to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
- Ability to build and leverage strong relationships in the region (CISOs, Partners, Tech Alliances).
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, winning environment.
Compensation:
The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this sales position is between $300K and $330K annually, including base salary and commissions.
