Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Lead strategic negotiations and manage complex sales agreements.
- Enhance customer satisfaction initiatives to foster brand loyalty and premium service experiences.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing training programs to strengthen sales expertise.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Expand business opportunities through strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Oversee the regional sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal execution.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within material handling, automation, or robotics.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing regional sales pipelines, including P&L oversight.
- Strong professional network in logistics, automation, and material handling industries.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
