Position Details

• Base Salary: $160K-$185K
• Total Compensation: Approx $300K+
• Lead, mentor, and drive a team of sales representatives to exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Oncology and/or diagnostic testing experience is required
• Strong track record of driving sales performance and team success
