One of our top clients in the Microsoft Partner channel is looking for a project leader for their Business Central team on new customer implementations.

The company has been in operation for over 35 years and has a diverse product line across IT Managed Services, Cloud Implementations, CRM, and of course, Dynamics ERP. They deal with a variety of clients across non-profit, manufacturing, and government contracting sectors.

​

You can make an impact in a Business Central practice that has an exciting project pipeline coming up and continues to expand into new market sectors. This is an excellent leadership opportunity that directly reports into the President of the company.

Your New Role

​

​

•  Act as Project Manager to various Business Central ERP focused projects, managing communications and schedules with external customer stakeholders and internal team members.
•  Manage project scope and project budgets
•  Create long and short-term project plans, including set targets for milestones and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
•  Schedule, organize, prep, and conduct project kick-off calls with customer and internal team.
•  Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
•  Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep the project aligned with their goals.
•  Overseeing solution development efforts
•  Managing staff and recruiting new team members as needed

What You'll Need:

​

​

•  Prior experience in a management position, overseeing D365 BC, Navision, and/or Dynamics NAV implementation and integration projects
•  Consulting background in the Microsoft Partner channel is a plus, not required
•  Experience with add-ons or ISV products
•  Track record of managing implementations on time and under budget
•  Experience with D365 Sales or Customer Service a plus
•  5+ years' experience managing software developers/consultants and project delivery
•  PMP certification is a plus, not required
