We are looking for a SaaS Sales Director to drive business development and expand our presence in the North American market. This is an on-site role based in Houston, TX, offering the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share across the energy trading sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including energy traders, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Articulate the value of our commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) solutions, helping clients enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a consultative and solution-driven sales approach.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in energy trading.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within energy trading, financial technology, or commodity markets.
  • Strong understanding of energy trading workflows, electronic marketplaces, and risk management solutions.
  • Established network within the energy trading sector, particularly in power, natural gas, and oil markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
