What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in small companies: You’ve successfully built and scaled sales processes in a startup environment. You're not just a strategist; you're a doer.
  • Player-Coach mentality: You're as comfortable closing deals yourself as you are leading a team. You’re a hands-on leader who drives results.
  • Outbound success: You have a strong track record in outbound sales, preferably for B2B SaaS companies. You’ve built outbound machines from scratch and know how to generate and close leads.
  • Startup spirit: You’ve been a founding member or key player in a sales team. You understand the hustle, the challenges, and the rewards of growing something from nothing.

Your mission at Simplesat:

  • Build and refine Sales processes: Work closely with our CSMs to fine-tune their skills, optimize demos, and establish a scalable sales process. You’ll lay the foundation as we expand our team.
  • Create our Outbound Machine: As the first Sales hire, you will lead the charge in building our outbound sales strategy. You’ll be on the front lines, bringing in new business, and paving the way for future SDRs.
  • Wear multiple hats: Once you've built a proven playbook, you’ll manage the future SDRs, guide the CSMs, and continue selling until the time is right to bring on additional account executives. Your leadership will evolve as our team grows.
