Sales Director
Our client, a leader in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
About the Role:
As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an existing book of business that they can leverage immediately. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring a strong, entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Utilize your existing network to bring new business to our client.
- Work independently to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- A strong book of business that can be brought to the company.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a strong drive for results.
Position Details:
- Full-time position however open to 1099 consultants
- Remote, based anywhere in the USA.
- $150k Salary + 30% Commission
