Also note this is a very small startup (but great opportunity) and you will be working hybrid with 3 days at the FT LD downtown office per week.

Responsibilities 

  • Managing our B2C leads which includes warm calling prospects who visited our website to close them on high ticket sales
  • Managing our B2B leads which includes cold calling potential sponsors to support our events and/or private event activations
  • Managing the entire process of sales funnels with pipedrive (CRM) and saleshandy (email sequencing)
  • Setting up automation and triggers to assist with all sales processes
  • Calling 300-500 leads per week with logging everything in the CRM
  • Attending some of our conferences and other conferences to build relationships and close deals (2-4x a year)

Musts

  • 5 years experience with cold/warm selling
  • 2 years experience with email sequencing 
  • Great communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Must be a go getter and self starter (this will be the smallest startup you ever work for!)
  • Must have a good understanding of startup/biz vocabulary 
  • Having high ticket closing experience is a bonus
  • Having sponsorship sales experience is a bonus
  • Must have 2+ years experience with SalesHandy & Pipedrive

Hours

  • 15-20 hours per week (M, W, F from 12-5pm in downtown Fort Lauderdale and the rest would be remote)

NOTE: Having another full time job is fine. And the office is 2 blocks from Brightline FT LD stop.

Pay

  • $500 monthly stipend + commission (all in should be around $2-3K income per month for part time work and this will increase as we grow)
