Position Overview: Concierge Live is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual contributor to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and closing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting the value of the Concierge Live platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, networking and attending industry events
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve and exceed sales targets

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and challenges of potential clients.
  • Present the value proposition of Concierge Live and tailor solutions to address specific client needs

Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of the Concierge Live platform
  • Collaborate with the technical team as needed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product offering

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead contract negotiations and overcome objections to successfully close sales deals
  • Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and transition to the client success team

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to optimize sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • History of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • 5+ years of work experience
