Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Frisco, Onsite/hybrid, National Travel will be required

Salary: Circa $200k (Negotiable) + Excellent Commission

Job Overview: Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), holding the team accountable, supporting sales activities, and closing business deals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance performance, ensure professionalism, and strengthen our client's market presence.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set Sales Processes and KPIs: Define, implement, and monitor clear sales processes and key performance indicators to ensure consistent performance and accountability within the sales team.
  • Hold Team Accountable: Regularly review and evaluate team performance against KPIs, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support Sales Activities: Actively coach, mentor, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to final negotiations and closing business deals.
  • Close Business: Play an active role in high-level negotiations and help close key deals, ensuring revenue growth targets are met or exceeded.
  • Presentation.: Uphold the company's reputation and values by demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment on company goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a technology or similar industry.
  • Strong experience in setting up sales processes and establishing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold a sales team accountable and drive consistent performance.
  • Strong business acumen and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent our client with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
