POSITION : US Director of Sales, Key accounts

Revuze is looking for a true hunter—a dynamic Senior Director of North America Sales to join us during this exhilarating growth phase.

Reporting line: Directly to CEO, you’ll be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and expanding our footprint in the US market.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and penetrating new markets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets, aligning with the company's overall goals.
  • Account Management: Oversee key existing customer accounts, ensuring customer growth and long-term relationships.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to the executive team.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close major deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales processes.
