Job Description

As the Sales Director at Bluebird International, you will be responsible for the Business Development of the US market for Bluebird International’s IT Staff Augmentation Services as well as to take founding member responsibility of establishing and growing the US operations, based out of Miami, Florida.

The expectations:

  • 10+ years hands on sales experience successfully selling IT services / projects (min 50-60 resources required) at mid to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota
  • Familiar with RFP processes and ready to manage end-to-end
  • Ready to work as an individual contributor as well as step up to leadership role when needed
  • Experience working as Senior Sales in IT Staff Augmentation Company
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to best fulfil Client requirements

What we offer:

  • Monthly salary in the range of 120-150K
