Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking an ambitious US Sales Director to take ownership of our sales efforts targeting small to medium-sized EHR vendors. Initially, you'll operate as an individual contributor with responsibility for the full sales cycle and the target of closing $1.9M in ARR by the end of 2025. Over time, you will build and lead a sales team, scaling our presence in the US market. This role is designed for a high-performing Account Executive ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, relationship building, negotiation and closing, focusing on small to mid-sized EHR companies.
  • Drive $1.9M in ARR by 2025, with a focus on experimentation— we’re interested in exploring a wide variety of go-to-market motions including channel partnerships, predictable revenue-style outbound, as well as in-bound strategies.  
  • Build and lead a sales team to support continued growth into 2026 and beyond.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, including deal structure, pricing models, and CRM best practices.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience as an account executive and business development representative
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, especially electronic health records, small to medium sized ambulatory care groups, and other attractive niches like optometry, dentistry, palliative care,
  • Record of success with the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Existing relationships in the EHR market
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for conferences, on-site meetings, and industry events.

  • Leadership experience including building a team and/or managing Business Development Reps and Account Executives

Compensation Estimate And Structure

The estimated total compensation for this role is $200k depending on a variety of factors including experience, market data, etc.

We anticipate that variable compensation will make up a significant percentage of total compensation and will be based on both process metrics like meetings and demos as well as outcome metrics including closing and quota attainment.
