Aspire is partnering with a Business Intelligence Platform provider, as a result of significant investment and business performance they are looking for a Sales Director for North America. This role is for an Individual Contributor.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of intellectual curiosity, a hunger for success, and the ability to manage time effectively. With a strong interest in being part of a rapidly expanding company, you will demonstrate gravitas and mental agility when presenting sophisticated solutions.
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Led and implemented a robust sales strategy to sell to C-Suite professionals of companies with $5b+ revenue.
- Engage in high-level negotiations and cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to guide the development of a disciplined sales methodology, including territory management and sales process planning.
- Leverage CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to streamline sales processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
The Sales Director will have the following experience:
- 7 years+ of experience selling subscription intelligence solutions or products to businesses and achieving multimillion-dollar quotas.
- A consultative selling style and the ability to close 6 figure deals with enterprise businesses by influencing, negotiating, and developing relationships with senior clients.
- Track record of exceeding targets and outperforming expectations, from attending President's Club to outperforming your peers, you'll be someone who consistently excels.
- Previous experience working in a smaller company or start-up and the opportunities that come from this.
- Educated to degree level.
