• Be a strategic partner in innovation—help decide what gets tested, how it gets sold, and who sells it
• Use cutting-edge tools like Observe.AI (real-time agent assist) to supercharge coaching and productivity
• Collaborate directly with R&D, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Executive teams
• Create, refine, and scale scripts, sales frameworks, and incentive plans that actually get used
