Description

We are seeking experienced individuals with a leadership mindset in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative sales experience within Data Analytics, and have the ability to build and nurture senior-level relationships with various stakeholders in the sales function of companies.

Key Priorities

  • Establishing relationships with Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, Channel Directors, Mechanizing Heads, and Customer Development.
  • Selling IT services with a good understanding of the functional aspects involved.
  • Owning the business plan, focusing on financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue management, and overall business forecasting.
  • Driving the full sales cycle by expanding business with existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborating continuously with sales leadership, industry heads, and other growth leaders to manage leads and share relevant client information.
  • Engaging with a variety of decision influencers, providing insights and solutions to meet their evolving business needs.
  • Developing case studies and client testimonials, and presenting at client and industry events.
  • Guiding the team towards sales targets, monitoring opportunities and risks, alongside maintaining a tight pipeline and proposal tracking systems.
  • Negotiating effectively with senior clients, linking the value of company offerings with pricing to address objections.
  • Taking overall accountability for business planning and implementation, particularly in the realm of Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks such as MicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, and CHick.

Personal Attributes

  • Proven experience in networking with clients and engaging with G-Suite for sales generation and consultation.
  • Strong communication skills for conversing and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Capability to work independently on projects while also collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of trends in digital media measurement.
  • Strong negotiating skills, with a track record of earning client trust.
  • A commitment to accountability and delivering measurable results for clients.
