Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth by expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure services and a proven track record of sales success in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies β€“ Identify and pursue business opportunities with wireless carriers, tower companies, and infrastructure firms.
  • Client Relationship Management β€“ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement teams, and executives.
  • Revenue Growth β€“ Meet and exceed sales targets by securing contracts for services related to tower construction, ground and civil work, site acquisition, and A&E.
  • Market Analysis β€“ Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Proposal Development β€“ Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, bids, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration β€“ Work closely with project management, global operations, and network engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contract Negotiations β€“ Lead contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with industry standards.
  • Customer Retention & Expansion β€“ Maintain existing accounts while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in telecommunications sales, with a strong background in tower construction, RAN equipment installation (tower and ground), raw land development, ground and civil construction, site acquisition, and architecture & engineering solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of wireless infrastructure topologies, land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and the end to end construction processes.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long sales cycles.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with established connections in the telecommunications sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telecom infrastructure planning software, CRM systems, and sales tracking tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
