Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across IT services and staffing—ERP, CRM, and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and HR leaders.
- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to create customized client solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and deal status.
- Stay informed on industry trends including AI/ML, cloud, digital transformation, and staffing compliance.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT services and staffing.
- In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and experience with MSP/VMS platforms.
- Proven track record in selling software development, cloud, or digital transformation services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
