Cynoteck is hiring a Sales Director to build and execute a focused market strategy for expanding the IT services business of Cynoteck in the North America Region.
The Sales Director will grow net new business and a new pipeline in the North America Region and requires a deep understanding of the market and competition to develop and execute the right sales strategies with consultative selling, in conjunction with practice teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the strategic roadmap to drive business growth with new customer acquisition in the region.
- Boots on the ground approach for sales - Find new leads and potential markets for the company's products and services
- Identify, build and lead sales opportunities with a focus on long term deals.
- Lead the sales process from lead qualification to closure managing customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions and contracts execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients and partners to establish Cynoteck as a trusted partner.
- Understand the industry trends and establish engaging dialogue with the client stakeholders.
- Lead regional sales efforts with a willingness to travel, ensuring consistent engagement with clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline for outbound prospecting.
- Strategize, prioritise and work collaboratively with the inside sales team to build healthy leads and opportunity pipeline.
- Represent Cynoteck at conferences, speaking events and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in selling IT and IT enabled services.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Proven record of rapidly scaling up revenues consistently and Y-o-Y growth.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership ability.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
