Location: 100% Remote (East Coast-based)

Pay: $50 - $70 Hourly, based on experience

About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Director for our client. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact team focused on empowering sales professionals with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive success.

Job Description:

The Sales Enablement & Training Director will spearhead initiatives that enhance sales team performance, improve productivity, and align learning programs with business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in sales training, onboarding, and performance optimization. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Sales Enablement, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best-in-class enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a structured sales enablement program to enhance sales effectiveness and performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of enablement professionals, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs, leveraging best practices in value-based selling and sales methodologies.
  • Oversee onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires receive the necessary tools and training to excel.
  • Create and maintain an enablement roadmap aligned with sales growth and productivity objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop targeted enablement strategies that support various customer segments.
  • Engage with field teams to understand challenges and refine enablement initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop sales playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, and other essential resources to support sales effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external partners for training programs and enablement technologies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement efforts and drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in developing and scaling sales training programs.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like Force Management (Command of the Message, Sale & Plan) and MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into effective training solutions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a passion for coaching and development.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring the success of enablement programs.

Additional Details:

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours per week).
  • Fully remote position, requiring candidates to be based on the East Coast.
